Alan H. Resnick, M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology

resnick2013Dr. Resnick received his medical training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the former Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He then underwent fellowship training in allergy and immunology at Children's Memorial Hospital and Northwestern University.

Dr. Resnick is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

 

James A. Thompson, M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy & Asthma

thompson2013Dr. Thompson graduated from Washington University School of Medicine and served as chief resident of Internal Medicine at University of Illinois Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Thompson underwent allergy and immunology training at Washington University and is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology as well as the Illinois Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Thompson is also a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

 

Mark Lowenthal, M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology

lowenthal2013Dr. Lowenthal trained at Northwestern University and completed his residency in internal medicine at same, becoming chief medical resident at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He completed his fellowship in allergy and immunology at Northwestern and Children's Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Lowenthal is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

 

Sai R. Nimmagadda, M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy and Asthma

nim2014Dr. Nimmagadda is a board-certified specialist in allergy and asthma treatment. He completed his medical residency at Columbus–Cabrini Medical Center in Chicago and his fellowship at the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine in Denver.

Dr. Nimmagadda is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He previously served as assistant professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Medical School and contributing staff physician in the Division of Allergy at Children's Memorial Medical Center.

Dr. Nimmagadda is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics; the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology; and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

In addition, Dr. Nimmagadda is an executive member of the Chicago Asthma Consortium and co-director of Camp Action.

 

Richard Fitzsimons, M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy and Asthma

fitzsimonsDr. Fitzsimons received his medical training at Northwestern University. He completed both his residency in internal medicine and an allergy fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Fitzsimons is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

 

James R. Hunter, Jr., M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy and Asthma

Dr. Hunter graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his residency there in pediatrics, becoming chief resident. He earned his fellowship at the University of Illinois and Max Samter Institute of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

Dr. Hunter is board-certified in pediatrics as well as allergy and asthma. He is also a facilitator ofproblem-based learning and asthma management.

 

Michael J. Flais, M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology

Dr. Flais graduated from the Medical College of Ohio. He went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University Medical School in Evanston. He followed this training with fellowships at Northwestern University Medical School and the former Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Dr. Flais is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology as well as the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

 

Robert Hart, M.D. - Allergy & Immunology

Dr. Hart received his medical training at the University of Illinois and was a member of the Alpha Omega AlphaHonor Medical Society. He underwent a residency program in pediatrics at the University of Illinois and Children's Memorial Hospital. He completed fellowships at Northwestern University and Children's Memorial Hospital.

Amiinah Kung, M.D. - Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology - Board Certified Pediatrician

Dr. Kung graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and completed her residency in pediatrics at Mayo Clinic. She completed her fellowship in allergy and immunology at the University of California in Los Angeles.

Dr. Kung is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.

 

Sarah Garon, M.D. - Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics

Dr. Garon received her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine/Tel Aviv University in Israel. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York City. She then underwent fellowship training in allergy and immunology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Dr. Garon is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is board eligible for the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
